Introduction
In order to see and realise our opportunities for growth we first need deep insight into who we currently are. We must be the expert in ourselves. With help, it’s possible to understand our natural, innate talents. Then, by analysing our past, we can take stock of the skills, knowledge and capabilities we’ve acquired. By listening carefully, we can learn about our character and how others perceive us. As you’ll come to appreciate, you’re one of a kind.
From an early age, we take for granted our understanding of ourselves. Because of this, studying ourselves is something we do too little of, yet it’s loaded with potential. The expert in me sub-processes are compassionate in their design, with a positive, strengths-based orientation.
If you elect to engage with all of them, you’ll be powerfully informed by a number of intersecting views as seen through different lenses. The sum of all these perspectives, considered as one big picture, will allow a richer, more glorious view of you!

Mine my old gold
Growing isn’t always about doing new things. Our next successes can come from employing skills we’ve already proven we can use well. Past learning and experiences are portable and transferable. Bring the best from your past into your future.
Fabulous Failure
The biggest failures in our pasts were often humbling moments. Somehow, we came unstuck and it didn’t end well. But were these failures the total catastrophes we thought they were at the time? Can we harvest the rewards from our past mistakes?
Being the expert in me
The direct consequence of a thorough understanding of yourself is that it makes your authenticity clearer to you. Importantly, it will give you a view of the full range of your authenticity. For most of us, that’s more than we might have previously thought possible. You will see what is best in you and how you can expand and grow from that base. To balance the ledger a little, we’ll also learn where we can’t reasonably expect to excel on our own and where we need to tap into the complementary talents of others.
The insights you’ll gain from this process will be an invaluable platform on which to build your more with confidence and credibility.
You’ll also get a wonderful ‘bonus track’: as you more fully appreciate yourself, it will be easier for you to just as compassionately appreciate others.
